Welcome to ESAP 2026 (Endocrine Society of Andhra Pradesh Annual Conference). By registering for this conference, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions:

Registration & Payment

• Registration will be confirmed only after successful receipt of the full payment.
• All registration fees are in Indian Rupees (INR).
• Participants must upload valid payment proof (screenshot/receipt) during registration.
• The organising committee reserves the right to cancel or reject any registration if payment details are found to be invalid.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• All registrations are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• No refund will be provided under any circumstances once the registration is completed.

Event Participation

• Participants must carry a valid government / medical ID proof for onsite verification.
• The organising committee reserves the right to make changes to the scientific program, speakers, or schedule without prior notice.
• Certificates of participation will be issued only to registered and attended delegates.

Accommodation & Travel

• Accommodation and travel arrangements are the responsibility of the participant unless specifically mentioned.
• The organising committee will not be responsible for any personal loss, injury, or damage during the conference.

The personal information provided during registration will be used solely for conference-related communication and records. It will not be shared with third parties except where required for official conference purposes.
